to read some actual enquiries may be helpful for others' education. Here's an enquiry from a customer who
could not find a product he had used before.
"Regarding abri-san air plus mini pads. I am looking to buy above - need
by close of work Wednesday because I am going overseas." ........>
The problem this customer had was being absolutely sure the product on our website was the actual product he had used before. It was all down to a word. Our description did not include the word 'mini'. (This has been fixed.) This was a good example of making sure all the descriptive words are included on the site. The customer received the product on time and was very happy.
